These terms govern use of Avarice Online games and the GameHost site operated by Nicholas Ventimiglia, including HoneyHex and other titles served from this host.

Use of the games

The games are free to play for personal, non-commercial use. Do not cheat, scrape, attack, or disrupt the service, leaderboards, or other players. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Accounts

Sign-in is optional and uses Google. You are responsible for activity on your account. Leaderboard names and scores may be shown publicly.

Content and ads

Games, art, and code remain our property or that of their licensors. Some titles may show advertising. Rewards tied to ads require a completed view.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as-is, without warranties. We may change or stop a game at any time. We are not liable for lost progress, scores, or indirect damages to the extent allowed by law.
